Unbeatable, excellent location in Taksim district really close to all the restaurants, Istiklal Street, a street that never sleeps, and bus, Taxi, metro and Tram. Terrific service from the amazing friendly, best staff members: D

The location was very good and directly at the Taksim, respectively the main road. The hotel is located in a side street and in the immediate vicinity there are everything you need, supermarkets, bars, shopping, restaurants etc..
In the night it was very loud, which did not bother me personally.

Beautiful small hotel in the center of the city. Friendly staff, simple but tasty breakfast. Tastefully furnished
Room without window, not possible. You feel like you're in prison. Very small rooms.

Super central, easy to find
Breakfast was very modest. The rooms with balcony on the 6th floor are nice, but not for people taller than 180cm because the ceilings are very low and the "normal" shower is impossible.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on Istikal Street. The public transport connection is great.
The background noise around the hotel is above average, as there are several clubs in the immediate vicinity.

The chef made an amazing omelette just for me at breakfast. Be ready for some noise at night from the street.

We only spent one night in Istanbul. However, the location is top! Right on the famous Istiklal Street. All around there are many possibilities to eat or to go out. The employees are very friendly and helpful! The equipment of the hotel was top! Very modern furnishings.
We booked a room for three people. It would have been good if there had been enough towels in the room.

Room DIDN'T Lock, Broken Shower, Great location
In general: OUR ROOM DID NOT LOCK and we noticed after one day. They claimed to fix it but it was not fixed, and they gave us a manual key which was a good solution to an unacceptable problem. The room is a weird setup where the bed and toilet are side by side so you must be very close to the person you are sharing a room with, and OK with sleeping next to a (stinky) toilet. Our shower flooded the bathroom every time we showered. When we told the desk and at first they said they would send someone to check but it was clear that this was a known issue and the solution is that they would come and wipe all the water with towels every time we showered which is absurd. Location and surroundings: Fantastic location, noisy street if you mind. Service:

No one took responsibility for the door that did not lock or the shower that flooded except for one really nice gentleman who at least apologized and thought that maybe he didn't close the door after cleaning (that wasn't the issue, the door just didn't lock). We felt that people were nice but knew that they were messing with us, listening to the issues with a smile but not doing anything about them. Our AC stopped working one of the nights but we didn't even bother complaining. Our confirmation email said that check in at 12:00pm even though it was actually at 2:00pm which was just annoying. Dining: Bad breakfast not worth paying for.

We loved visiting the historic Galata Tower and the fine Dolmabahçe Palace. The hotel is in a great spot with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My friends enjoyed the colorful decor of our room and the efficient heating system.
The noise from outside was a bit much, especially late at night.

I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, coffee and sheets & towels. The breakfast was varied, the food was yummy, breads and cereal available. The service was superb with parking nearby. The staff members were extremely friendly and suggested local places.

I had a spacious room with a king-size bed and excellent soundproofing that blocked out any street noise. The hotel is super close to a ton of shops and bars.
